At Moon KBD, we're committed to providing the best shipping options no matter where you are. We deliver to customers worldwide and strive to provide the highest level of service. If our website doesn't offer shipping to your country please contact us and we will try our best to help you.

For group buy products, please refer to the project update for shipping information.

For in-stock items, your order's estimated delivery time is divided into two parts: processing time (2-5 days) and shipping time (7-30 days).

We offer several shipping methods, we usually use UPS for EU/UK and USA orders. Shipping fees vary based on weight and method selected.

Please be aware that all costs associated with international shipping, such as customs duties and import taxes, are the responsibility of the customer.

We do not accept third-party logistics warehouses as shipping addresses. Any resulting costs, such as the return or destruction of goods, will be the customer's responsibility.

Once your package is in the hands of the courier, they are liable for delivery. In the rare event that your package is lost after delivery, we will assist you in the claiming process, but Moon KBD is not responsible for the loss.
