Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your order before the product is shipped or produced. Unfortunately, we cannot cancel the order if the product has already been shipped out.

Processing Fees

Please note that any refunds are subject to a 4.4% processing fee. This fee covers various merchant fees that we are unable to recover.

Group Buys

For group buys, if the order is cancelled before shipment, a cancellation fee of 10% of the total order amount (excluding shipping) will be charged. If you wish to cancel a group buy order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible.

Please note that this cancellation fee is necessary to cover any costs that may have been incurred in the preparation of your order.

Returns Policy

We accept returns within 14 days of product delivery. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused and in the same condition you received it, and it must be in its original packaging. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team. Please note that the return shipping fee will be borne by the customer. The shipping must be tracked.

To complete your return, we will require a receipt or proof of purchase. Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.
